For people whose word is their business

Every promise, kept.

Clients are lost in the gap between “I’ll send it Friday” and Friday. Mindrunner catches every promise you and your team make — with the exact words as proof — then works quietly in the background until each one is kept.

How it works

From “I’ll send it Friday” to done, without you keeping track.

  1. 01

    It hears the promise

On Zoom, Meet, Teams, a phone call or in a room — no bot joins. Your voice and theirs are recorded on separate tracks, so “you promised” is never a guess. Forward an email thread and it reads that too.

  2. 02

    You confirm it

Seconds after you hang up: who owes what, by when, each linked to the exact words. Dates like “by Friday” are worked out, never guessed. Nothing counts until you tap ✓.

  3. 03

    It works in the background

It drafts what you promised, chases what you're owed, briefs you before you meet them again, and notices when the work is done. Nothing leaves your hands without your tap.

Hear it work

Press play on a client call.

Watch each promise appear the moment it’s said, with the words as proof — and notice what Mindrunner leaves out.

What Mindrunner caught

  • Promises appear here the moment they're said.

In the background

While you’re on your next call, it’s keeping the last one.

Mindrunner works through your promises all day: it drafts what you owe, chases what you’re owed, and briefs you before you see someone again. Each card carries its evidence. You make the call with one tap.

You choose how far it goes — off, suggestions, or ready-made drafts — for each kind of work.

  1. 8:00

    Your morning

Two promises due today. One waiting on Acme.

  2. 11:40

    Drafted what you promised

“Hi Priya, here’s the rollout plan I promised on Monday. We go live on [launch date]…”

  3. 14:30

Before your 3 pm with Acme

You owe them the rollout plan. They owe you legal sign-off on the MSA. Both with their quotes.

  4. 16:05

    Dan’s sign-off is a day late

A friendly check-in with his own words and a one-click “done” link, ready for your tap.

  5. 17:20

    Looks done

“I sent the deck yesterday,” you said on the 5 pm call. Close that promise?

Built for client work

For teams whose reputation is what they deliver.

Sales

The proposal arrives when you said it would.

Every “I’ll send pricing by Friday” becomes a dated promise with the words attached, a draft before it’s due, and a gentle chase when the buyer’s side slips.

Agencies & consultancies

Every client ask, owned and dated.

Scope creep starts with a forgotten “can you also…”. Mindrunner keeps who agreed to what, so clients see their asks handled and you can show exactly what was agreed.

Founders

Investors remember what you promised. Now you do too.

Intros, data-room updates, the follow-up after the pitch: kept on time, with the exact words if anyone asks.

The people you follow up with see only their own promises and tick them off in one click — no account, no app. That’s how a whole team ends up keeping its word.

Measured, not claimed

A wrong owner or a wrong date costs you a client. So we publish our misses.

PromiseBench is our open test: the cases, every answer, and the grader are public, so anyone can check the numbers below. See every result

Not a measurement — a rule in the database. An action that reaches someone else must carry your approval.

Trusted with your word, and with your calls.

What you say in a meeting is sensitive. Here is exactly what happens to it. How we protect your data

  • No bot joins

Mindrunner runs on your computer or in your browser. Nothing appears in the attendee list.

  • Nothing sent without your tap

Drafts, chasers and follow-ups wait for you. The agent can’t send on its own.

  • Audio deleted after 7 days

Transcripts and records stay until you delete them. Delete any meeting in one click.

  • Never used to train AI

Not by us, and not by the providers we use. We don’t sell data.

  • Private mode on Mac

Transcribed on your Mac by Apple’s on-device engine. No audio leaves it.

  • Walled off by design

Every workspace is isolated at the database level, and links to your calendar are encrypted at rest.

Agent-native

Your AI keeps them too.

Your assistant reads your email and calendar, but it never heard your 2 pm call. Connect Mindrunner to Claude or ChatGPT and ask what you promised this week, have it draft the follow-ups, and mark promises kept.

Questions

Good to know.

Does a bot join my meetings?

Never. Mindrunner runs on your computer (Mac, Windows) or in your browser and records your microphone and the call audio itself. Nothing appears in the attendee list.

Is it only for meetings?

No. Meetings are where most promises are made, so that’s where we started. Mindrunner also reads promises from email threads you forward to it, and it’s coming to Slack next.

Will it send anything on my behalf?

Not without your tap. Mindrunner drafts follow-ups, check-ins and the things you promised, and opens them in your own mail app. You decide what goes out.

What do the people I follow up with see?

Only what you confirmed: the decisions, the promises, and the open questions — never the transcript or audio. They can mark their own promises done without signing up.

Do I need to tell people I’m recording?

Yes. Only record where you have the right to, and tell others when the law or your workplace requires it. Mindrunner is never marketed as hidden or undetectable.

Which languages does it understand?

Seventeen meeting languages today, including Japanese, Chinese, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi, and Russian — and an Auto mode for meetings where people switch languages mid-sentence.

What does it cost?

Free for 14 days and 5 meetings, no card. Then $30 a month. Anyone who receives a Mindrunner follow-up uses it free, always.
